The room was large and comfortable. The staff were lovely, very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good. All in all a great stay at a lovely hotel in a very nice city.

It was first time I want to Cardiff.. The hotel was very close to trine station and in middle town.. It was great.. The hotel was very clean.. Room was very clean I was very impressed. Breakfast was amazing it was very clean and everything was full you didn't have to ask for anything.. If you going to Cardiff please try it ..you won't be disappointed in promise..

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Simple basic amenities. Not much soundproofing, audible traffic outside and other guests returning to rooms. Room initially hot and stuffy but improved as night went on. Curtains did not fully cover windows, allowing sunshine in early morning. However, reception staff incredibly friendly and attentive.
