The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner. The hotel has been around for many years - still in good condition but time for renovations. Clearer signs of off limit areas for children.!!! Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good

In general is fine, the staff is kind and willing to help. The room was fine but a little bit far from elevator, pool and the restaurant. If you have this room you don't need to use the fitness facilities:) Be careful about the wasps.

Nice hotel with lovely spa

Nice hotel with good location. Loved the spa and sauna area. Food is also very good. Would come again for sure!

Nice hotel close to cable cabin

Hotel is nice, not much to do in the village, beside cycling and hiking. Nice spa area and pool. Rooms are not well insulated and no AC, it becomes stuffy in the summer.

Generell ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem guten Wellness-Bereich. Der Service hätte aus unserer Sicht etwas persönlicher bzw. herzlicher sein dürfen und dem durchaus guten und reichhaltigen Buffett hätte ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung gut getan.

Es war für die beiden Nächte die wir gebucht hatten wunderbar, und wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen für mehrere Nächte. Die Angebote im Hotel waren super auch der Spa Aufenthalt werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder in Angriff nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich nicht aufdringlich aber super Nett.

Falkensteiner e’ una garanzia Da molti anni vado in questo hotel mi sono sempre trovata molto soddisfatta La struttura i grandi spazi la cucina molto curata e variegata la spa ogni cosa è perfetta Welcome home e’ il loro moto ed io mi sento proprio a casa.

Schönes stylisches Hotel direkt an der Bergbahn . Tolle Zimmer und schöner Aussenpool. Innenpool eher klein aber schick. Frühstücksbuffet super, Mittagsjause dafür sehr überschaubar. Hauptgänge beim Dinner am Abend eher durchschnittlich. Dafür aber super Käse-Salatbuffet.
