I had an amazing time at Nacar Hotel and Cartagena. This was one of the best trips I've ever taken. I will be coming back to stay again. Highly recommend staying there. I apologize I can't remember all of the staffs names but Christian, the young lady that was there when I left, and great security officer that was there every night. Such great service!!!

This boutique hotel was perfect for our time in Cartagena. It’s in a good location to most restaurants and very walkable. The hotel is a little old but very well maintained and clean. I would stay here again

The hotel was beautiful with the exception that the air conditioner in the room was leaking water. We had to put a towel on the floor and we would get wet everytime we passed under the air conditioner. Also we reported it to the staff and nothing was done.

Nacar..Until next time!

I'll definitely stay at Nacar again. It was in a prime location within the Walled City. With in walking distance of everything.. well.mostly everything.. my accommodations were very nice.. I'll upgrade next time.. I would have loved a balcony... (ehh next time) the staff were very nice and helpful and housekeeping were on point!

Check in process was not as expected. They have 2 locations which is not advertised on site. Restaurant & Bar was being remodeled, then our room had water leak. They did change us to bigger location which was better conditions and all the amenities where there. All staff was Extremely nice & attentive minus Front desk Female represenatives, terrible customer service.

Awesome.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. Everything was great: from the reception at the front desk to the checkout. Both restaurants Magnolia (rooftop) and Uma, were superb. The room was perfect: clean, very comfortable, and at the perfect temperature.

The staff were immensely helpful on site and the room was stunning and centrally located. It was a bit weird that they had two buildings but it wasn't too big of a deal. The only recommendation I have is to use Uber and not get the hotel to call you a cab. The cab driver I was given scammed me and made me go to the ATM to get more money for a ride that should have costed half of what he quoted me.
