This was my first time visiting Cartagena Colombia as luxury hotel, which is phenomenal. I will be back there again and again and again as oz Luxury hotel Can accommodate me the staff of food was phenomenal. This service that they provide were unique experience. My room was great I loved it only one concern that I had and the staff jumped right onto it which was the air condition wasn’t producing the way that it should have. They came did something and got cool and then the air just didn’t work any good anymore so I really didn’t wanna bother the staff because they was constantly greeting people. Oh I mean I love the experience and I will not allow an air condition to ever stop me from going back there from The reception does to the concierge service to the dining room service, even housekeeping, and the guest day by day has Never changed telling everyone that if you’re going to the Oz luxury hotel in Cartagena Colombia, you cannot select a better choice. Believe me great people wonderful food never bothered to address your concerns. Keep up the Stellar Service In which you guys provide looking to be back there September, I believe the 21st somewhere that week 2025 we wanna do it again Oz luxury hotel all thumbs up to you guys

Workers were very nice and helpful. The room was really small almost no walking space or dressers. However they were very accommodating during breakfast and friendly and helpful. I would go back!

I ended up staying at the actual oz hotel instead of the luxury. The luxury property was considered old and they said that there was an extension of rooms at the Oz hotel for a bigger room. I was expecting something small so I was pleasantly surprised. The area is walkable, you won't need Uber or a taxi for general needs with things being a 5 minute walk. If you need money, ATM nearby had a max withdrawal amount of 2 mill, and great restaurants nearby. I never got to eat at the restaurant on site, but the hotel breakfast was fairly decent. Guest policy is fair, this hotel was better than expected.

OZ Hotel Luxury - excellent choice in Cartagena

Overall the OZ Hotel Luxury offers guests a very good experience for a stay in Cartagena. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The entire hotel is clean and fresh. The complimentary breakfast buffet is quite good. The bed is firm and the pillows, heavenly. Even the refrigerator keeps drinks and food nice and COLD. I would have only one suggestion for management and that regards the room decor - in room 801, which a very nice room, the furniture is sparse. The room is large and there is plenty of space; what it lacks is a writing desk and a comfortable chair. There was no good spot to set up my computer and only one plastic chair in the room. I would recommend the OZ Hotel Luxury (not to be confused with the OZ Hotel, which is in the same area) to travelers.

This property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful despite not speaking much English but would find another staff that does. Breakfast was incredible, lots of choices but they need to replace the only one toaster that did not work properly. We really enjoyed our stay there.

El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor. Los empleados son super serviciales, y amables. Andrea, Luis, Jesús, y la cocinera son super! El hotel está céntrico y se puede ir caminando a los restaurantes, playa, y tiendas. Fácil para tomar un Uber o taxi e ir al centro histórico y La torre del reloj y Getsemaní.
