Drains have a horrible smell, for some reason the housekeepers left the drains open leaving our room with a foul odor. Staff was annoyed at us because our key did not work for our room. Also only one key was given to us for one room which is not standard practice.

Where do I begin, the Oz Hotel was amazing located in Bocagrande! The staff made me feel at home and safe with great energy and awesome recommendations for the area. I arrived earlier before my check in time and they accommodated me by preparing my room as early as they could. My boyfriend and I recalled enjoyed our stay and the breakfast. I recommend checking out the vendors offering beach clubs and also heading over to the beach. My room was very clean and the environment was safe especially for our first time traveling to Colombia. It’s 10-15 mins away from the walled city but taxis are available we were crazy enough to walk the be afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to visit again! I would give the staff an A+*.
