Carmel Ski Resorts

Our room was really nice, and the staff kept it very clean. The delivered-to-your room breakfast was great! This was really a terrific perk. Would definitely stay here again.

Hard to even state how horrible this stat was. I understand this is considered a historic hotel, but there were absolutely no amenities. No heat (radiators did not work), no elevators, no refrigerator (although a teeny tiny, old one was brought to the room on request. The staff was rude and disengaged. The room was crammed with old, dilapidated furniture such that one could barely use the closet. The room was so small, there was no place for your luggage. But the worst part was the room was above the patio of the hotel’s event room. We checked in at 4 and it was so noisy that we immediately left the room. We came back at 9:30 pm pm and the drunken festivities were still raging and continued until after 11:00 pm. Steer clear of this dump!!

Breakfast was great!

Nice and clean rooms. The staff was very professional and friendly. We did not use hot tub. Very convenient to shops and restaurants.
