Great check in staff.... Terrible Bed.

The check in staff were excellent... Very efficient.... The bed was terrible.. Very uncomfortable and the mattress should be replaced immediately... Looked like an elephant had been sleeping on the bed.. Worse bed iv ever slept on.....

I was really impressed by this hotel, it was only really a bed for a night so I had low expectations but I was absolutely happy with how clean and comfy the room was. I wasn’t expecting a bar either or the secure free parking so this was all a nice surprise. Will definitely be using this hotel again.

Cardiff finals

Great quiet spot for the rugby weekend, train station close by although the lack of a footpath makes it a longer walk. Staff were nice and the place is clean and tidy, couldn’t ask for more.

Clean, basic room, well soundproofed against adjacent road. Excellent staff, all helpful, friendly and efficient. Free carparking Convenient for attending Principality Stadium with nearby station giving access to direct trains to Cardiff 30 mins away.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the small side, in my view, but it was clean and tidy Water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I would have like but that might just be a personal preference rather than anything else
