Book Capuchin hotels

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are nice, but the pool, the garden the grounds are just stunning. Its location on the water overlooks the sunset which is magnificent every night. The staff is a mixed bag. They want to be very helpful, but just seems like there is a lack of knowledge, follow through, etc. at the front desk which can be frustrating. Everyone else is lovely. The bellmen, the grounds staff etc. just want to make your stay great. The gardener spent 30 minutes with us explaining his crops. The grounds staff cut us a coconut and taught us about how to eat it. Nobody feels like they are doing anything for a tip, although I’m sure they appreciate it. Just feels like they are kind and helpful. The food is meh. Breakfast buffet is nice with delicious fresh fruit and lovely service. The dinner restaurant isn’t the best.

There was a balcony where you could see the ocean the place was beautiful the staff was really nice and welcoming my family loved the place I would come back again

The breeze at night is heavenly, the view is just unreal, it was so beautiful. The host responds very quickly and we had everything we needed. We would love to come back.

Pizza next to hotel

The deluxe room was very spacious with stand in shower along with a bath tub. The wifi was not working in the higher rooms. Nonetheless the staff had courtesy taxi to nearby spots.

Very spacious. I had a large room with separate kitchen and living. Property under rennovation but the face lift promises to be good. The staff and management are super friendly and accommodating. I have no hesitation staying again.
