Friendly staff, good food, small and made us feel safe and we really enjoyed the beach front access. Would definitely come back to this hotel! The adults only rooftop pool and lounge was also great.

This is a hidden little gem! Peaceful, calm and not crowded. Mostly couples and some families at the resort. The service and food were great! Better than the bigger all inclusive. The place shuts down at 10pm, but we were always tired from all the sun anyways. Rooms are large and modern, with big balconies. We loved the rooftop pool too! Jose, Alex and Claudia sure know how to take care all your drink and food needs! Super friendly and nice!

The rooms did not have a mini fridge. When asked they said it’s a first come and wound bring one to us if one became available but one was never available. Same thing happened to my friend’s mom who stayed there a few months earlier. It waod be nice to have a fridge in every room.

This was a very nice, but interesting place. They are a regular hotel, that also has an all-inclusive package. There is some friction with the fact the not everyone has the leakage package, which means that you always need to sign receipts and give your room number. In general the food was delicious. Breakfast was solid, but not the most extensive. They had an omelette station that also made fresh chiliquilles. Coffee was a bit of a struggle, especially early in the morning. The lunch time/pool menu was very good, lots of Mexican favourites and they have amazing ceviche (regular and black!). Dinner was good, but Numa, the second restaurant, seemed understaffed and always seemed humid with a weird damp smell. We ate at the main restaurant after that first night, and the food was good, but the menu was more limited. The staff everywhere were great, and are what made this a great trip. The drinks ate the bar are a step up from most all inclusives, with either better quality mixes, or actually fresh mixed. More serving and bartending staff would help, as at times it was hard to get a drink, but ordering 2 of everything helped that problem!

Really enjoyed my stay - booked very last minute for a solo 5 night trip. Room was great, spacious, nice view of pool / palm trees. Bar service and food was surprisingly great - I did the all inclusive option and didn't regret it. I actually enjoyed the food at the main restaurant more than the fancier restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful - shout out to Hernando & Eduardo ! Really had a great time - the whole island is fun and safe to explore, and you can rent a golf cart right from the hotel, although it costs more than if you get it downtown, but I appreciated the convenience of it.

We stayed at Izla Hotel for 5 nights and did the all inclusive option. All of the staff were really great, always so kind and attentive. If you can plan to be patient, you will enjoy the service. Not one bad encounter. Our room was cleaned daily and had no issues with that. The rooms were nice and had all we needed, we don’t ever plan to spend much time in our rooms. The beach is not the best. They do a nice job keeping the beach clean so it does look nice for the most part! The water itself is not the greatest, but knew we would be taking taxis to Playa Norte so it was acceptable for what we wanted. We found the drinks to be good; we only drank the beer and liquor that was part of the AI package and I will say I only had 1 drink I did not enjoy. The food was ok. Breakfast buffet met our needs, the lunches were the best of the food including the club sandwich, nachos, tacos and quesadillas. We didn’t find much we liked at dinner but we made do. There are plenty of great restaurants on the island if you want to venture out. We are pretty laid back in our traveling so we really did find this property to meet our needs. We know there are maybe “nicer” options but for the price it really was a great option for us and we still got to enjoy the island!

The roof top pool was a beautiful view, staff was fantastic. The only complaint i have is they ran out of the beer that i was accustom to drinking . Never to return the rest of my trip.

A nice place, nice people friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like it is that a put a filter to all inclusive and Izla wasn’t, the prices are reasonable the food is really good, everything we ate there was spectacular.
