Nice property but no entertainment and really no beach. Limited dining. Rooms were great! But we didn’t spend time inside. Small kids or honeymooners- great place. Want some fun, find a property with more action

We very much enjoyed our 5 days at Hotel Belo. It is a smaller, intimate resort with a lovely pool and rooms, but an especially kind and friendly staff. Much thanks to Mateo, Kassandra, Hugo and Julio for making us feel so welcome. This hotel is perfect for those who would like to relax and enjoy their vacation without the large crowds in Playa Norte. Plan on renting a golf cart or taking taxis to get around the island. Both are very easy to get.

The Hotel is a little ways away from the main areas. You will need a golf cart or taxi for access. The staff was grrat and service is wonderful. They have pools and 6 hot tubs. Private beach area, spa services were out of this world. Rooms are very clean, and beds are like slepping on a cloud. Only con wouod be the food. Food was ok butbwould expect a little better menu at an all-inclusive resort.

The hotel is small, quiet and quaint. The restaurant and snack bar's food was amazing with enough options that you won't get sick of the food there. Has two pool options a larger pool at ground level and a smaller infinity pool on the rooftop as well as access to a private beach area. Julio the snack bar server was great! We would definitely come back again.

Overall a nice four star. The beach was almost non existent and full of seaweed in the water. The food was decent though only two restaurants. Room was large and beautiful. Nice view to the ocean. Great pool too. Good for families.

Staff goes beyond expectations!

The staff worked so hard to ensure our family had everything we'd like during our vacation. The restaurant offered excellent food and service (shout out to Arnulfo and Hugo.) The snack bar also had delicious options. The beach was clean, however the ocean was difficult to walk in, due to the wave breaks placed in the water. The shape of the ground level pool doesn't make you feel like you're sharing a pool with a bunch of other people. The roof top pool offers a beautiful view of the ocean. We splurged and got 2 massages during our stay. The massages are given on a hut on the beach. The therapists were friendly and gave stellar service. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I’m giving this place 5 stars, and I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Belo for anyone looking for an affordable, relaxing vacation. Pretty location, calm, clean, wonderful staff. Cons: - Several of the hot tubs were out of water, and none of the hot tubs were actually hot, just warm - The menu at the main restaurant was a bit limited (would be awesome if they could add a fish tacos option and a few more appetizers), and over all the food options were just decent here. But excellent for what you pay - Room service was also a bit limited PROS!!!: - Wonderful staff, Mateo in particular was a highlight (don’t forget to tip the hardworking employees!) - The snack bar was amazing! Everything we ordered there was great - The facilities, beds, and beach were also very nice Ultimately, we will be back, which is the best review I can give

This hotel has too much preference for the American tourist and pay little attention to its natives. At times it makes you extremely uncomfortable and the food service is a true disappointment. The WiFi is nonexistent in the room or area. There is no beach to enjoy

This resort is prefect. It’s in a great location that’s not over crowded but close. We reneged a golf cart and was able to get up and go each morning with no issues of traffic or anything. Highly recommend. The staff was amazing and friendly.
