The property was very nice and the atmosphere was great for a family. We loved the entertainment, multiple pools, clean beach, as well as the location. Overall I am rating it as excellent, however we did feel that the service could have been better. We understand that it was spring break and a very busy time. Our daughter has food allergies to egg, peanut and tree nuts and while options were limited her safety was always a priority. She was able to find something to eat in the places that we dined. We have been to 7 other All Inclusive properties and this one is definitely at the top of the list.

Food options were very good, staff was very good, pools were very nice, beach front was very good, the gym was excellent, evening entertainment in lobby was nice. Only downside was (premium access only) on red cushioned lounges. Don't forget to bring smaller denomination bills for tipping.
