The worst all-inclusive resort I've ever stayed at in Cancun. To start, the food was just bad. The main buffet had a shockingly limited selection, and what was available was low in quality and lacking in flavor. The restaurant itself was uncomfortably hot. The room we were initially given was extremely humid, so we requested a change. Unfortunately, the newly assigned room wasn’t much better—it smelled like sewage, and there was no hot water at all. Overall, it was a terrible experience. This trip taught me not to rely solely on online reviews when choosing a hotel. Lesson learned. I honestly can’t believe this place is rated as a 4-star hotel. It didn’t come close to meeting that standard in any way.

I want to start off by saying Sandro from cevicheria/pool bar was the only one who went above for my husband and I. We expressed to him that the check in lady wasn’t as kind as we have been welcomed before. She told us we could go by the following day to pick up a bottle of champagne that was included with my Expedia status. She asked if we had a special reason to the visit or just vacation. I told her it was our honeymoon. She told my husband to drink but not to much because their could be issues. It was weird. My husband and I been to this property multiple times and before that I have been going with friends for years. Also the gentleman at breakfast in the main cafeteria yelled at. He asked how many, I said two… he walked off started speaking to the other staff then walks back and yells I told you to follow me. I said no you don’t you walked off at started talking. To your coworkers. He is an other man with glasses name eliado. Sandro knew exactly who the man was. He informed us we could file a complaint but we still had several days left. We didn’t want any issues. Sandro was so kind and had our bottle of champagne sent to our. He also informed us we could go to the outside breakfast restaurant to ask for Cesie. We did the remaining days she was very kind. We understand the hotel has filtered water but the guest have an option to ask for bottled water. Tuesday we had to ask three different times until someone finally brought it to our rooms. We were not as pleased.

It was amazing and I will definitely be back. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I traveled alone as a woman and felt very safe! Food was actually really good as far as resort food goes. My favorite restaurant was the Italian one. Overall excellent experience I can't wait to return.

This was our 4th stay at Fiesta Americana and each time we stay for a week! Prior stays at Condesa were very pleasant and good value for the money! This time however, things were different! The hotel was overcrowded, the pools were full with water warm and unappealing, the beach unusable due to seaweed (not the hotels fault)! The service is in general good and we only had a few instances with bad service! The food still good but slowly deteriorating with lower quality items on the menu/buffet! The restaurants do not require a prior reservation, however, the menus have changed with many of the good option for a price! The steak house requires a reservation but there are no options included with the all inclusive! If you want a simple steak, you pay $40 for a steak! The menu items with added costs used to be part of the All Inclusive! Frankly, when you book an all inclusive option you don't expect to pay additional for ordinary items. I can understand an extra charge for a lobster dish or Tomahawk steak! Maybe the locals get a different rate than the US visitors and they are okay with the additional costs! The coffee shop used to make good coffee/espresso but this time they were using a machine that didn't work well and frankly not drinkable! Bottle water is rare to find! Seaweed is not cleaned, therefore the sulfur smell is overwhelming! If you are going for the beaches, nice clean pools, a quiet relaxing environment, and good value for the money, find another resort!!

I will try to give my most honest review. Hotel is old but very well mantained, rooms feel a little old, bathroom feels renovated. What I like the most at this resort was that everytime I came to a bar for a drink there were bartenders available and there is no wait time or battle to get the bartender attention. There are plenty of food options, we were able to taste all dinning experience without a hassle. Lunch buffet is not good, try sticking to the pool/beach area and enjoy the options there (pizza, burgers, nachos, or even better, go to the Cevicheria which is a seafood restaurante very very good, you will always find a spot) Breakfast buffet is good with many options for breakfast. At night the lobby bar is the place to be, there is a sushi stand and a mexican tacos to get something fast while you wait for your reservation time. Personall is very nice and tip is very optional, they dont ask for tips which is nice since you normally dont bring cash on your swimsuit. The beach is better than the neighboor hotels. There was a bit of seaweed but two steps in the sand to pass it, and you are on the light blue water. The sea is very rough and deep, probably not very safe to have some children playing on the edge. Overall we liked our stay since the hotel es big but not huge, you can find everything within walking distance.

Service was great. I did not have any issues, even small ones while i was there. Food at the restaurants was fantastic. Don't do the cruise, stay here, the drinks are included and you can walk out to the beach or pool. Excursions can be arranged with the help of resort staff and those are great.
