My family and I go to Cancun twice a year. This has been by far the worst hotel we’ve ever been at. Second day in, I wake up with two bed bugs on my body. Management changed us to another room. Still felt disgusting. What made things worse is management acknowledging that this is an open resort and things like this “could happen” I don’t know how anyone could say such things. The food, horrible. Every restaurant we went to, buffet, horrible. Different areas of the resort can’t give you bottle of water. Didn’t think it was that much to ask as it was the cheapest bottle of water Mexico had to offer. Waking up with bed bugs ruined everything. I felt disgusted just being there. Came back home and sent everything to cleaners, hopefully we didn’t bring any of those bugs back with our clothes. Horrible experience and will never go back even if they gave it to me for free.

The daycare service is amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The room needs some renovation. The room smells like old stuff. Some workers are super nice, but some are not happy at all. The buffet wasn’t really good. The salads station was really good. And Pedro the buffet waiter was amazing. Super kind and professional. The protein station needs lots of attention. The food wasn’t really good. But my general opinion is that the hotel is good.

Great place but they stole all my stuff. Nice resort, but had a serious issue with theft. Stayed here with my partner and overall the property is beautiful and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a major security concern. After a trip to the beach, our room key stopped working. The front desk told us it was a lock malfunction and had maintenance replace it, saying our new key would work in about an hour. We spent some time at the pool, but when we returned to our room later, we discovered that several valuables—including my laptop, AirPods, and a birthday gift I had packed for my partner—were missing from inside a zipped backpack in the closet. When we reported it, the front desk informed us that they couldn’t file a police report on our behalf and that we would need to go to the local station ourselves if we wanted to pursue it further. It’s a shame because the rest of the stay was really enjoyable. Just be aware—and leave your tech and valuables at home.

- food: just ok, options are limited. We came with a young child, he does not like most of the food, so prepare the food for your young kid. We adults find the food just ok, our last trip was Riu and their food was better. - pool: not many people in kid zone, adult zone has activities, seems fun. - beach: good, plenty of seats, sand is ok. - daycare: we spent a lot of time there as our kid loved it. AC is strong, we love that ( the only place that is actually cool and comfy). - room: good, AC was very strong and cold if put on low mode, and was too noisy if put on Auto ( when it kicked in, it sounded like a train ran by). - drinking water: they do not provide bottle waters anymore, a glass jar for you to refill from the wall's ecofriendly filtered water, and it tasted salty, so all of the tea products tasted weird( and we are heavy tea consumer, so this part is unpleasant). Also no boiler in the room, bring one if you need to make tea from time to time. - babytub: they do provide that. - service: we were there for 8 days, we went to the buffet and found a table and sat down with no issue, until the last day, when we did what we used to do and got a table, we were told to go back to the counter and wait, and was directed to read the sign that said "wait to be seated". I am guessing they do so because we are Asians, do not think they will behave like this to their white customers :) overall it's ok, especially good for family with kids.
