My friends and I had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the pool, spa, easy access to the beach, the staff were so kind, and everything was very easy! We enjoyed the variety of restaurants the resort had, and it was it felt like we were going off property for dinner every night to wine and dine (with the convenience of simply going downstairs). Highly recommend going to grab a cappachino and then some Nutella crepes from the incredible Paola in the afternoon. Only critique we had was that our last evening we went to the Thai restaurant and had to wait over an hour (the resort doesn’t take reservations, but most restaurants we typically only waited 20 minutes). When we were sat it was an incredibly long wait for actual service, and the food was honestly subpar, if that. Highly recommend the Mexican & Italian restaurants located in the main building! Overall, I would recommend this resort to anyone! I feel like we got more than we paid for.

The property overall is in need of some renovations/upgrades. The location of the property is good and a short ride from the airport. The beach is beautiful and there's a good amount of swimmable area. Our rooms had various things that didn't work or weren't working well but nothing that was a showstopper. The way to get around by the pools wasn't convenient as you could only go one way to get to either side, making it for a lot of additional walking. It would be nice to have another walkway added so you can get around easier. The restaurants were fairly warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to be able to keep up. The food was ok other than the Italian restaurant, Rosato, that was fabulous!

This property was good. The staff makes sure to keep it clean at all times. The rooms are dated a little and could use some updates but that is to be expected. You felt welcome and safe on-site at all times. Surprisingly the food choices were better than we expected as well. Overall for a quick short trip we had a good time and enjoyed the getaway.

The poolside entertainment was great everyday. David, Miguel, and what could have been their brother were awesome. They knew our groups name frim the start and kept us included the whole stay.

We enjoy staying here and of course could use a few details like a cooler ac in room that doesn’t make noise and floors in room I literally fell 3 times so make sure to always wear sandals/shoes… kids section could use an update not just cover in duct tape… Isaac from buffet/taco place always a pleasure, you can’t leave without a massage from Ely from Miiluma, ask for Miguel in the pool section best service and never fails. Glad they took away the reservation section it’s a first come first serve basis hated waiting on others and taking space for their time.
