I didn't like, when we arrived to the property the person en charge to let get inside the resort told me that I didn't have a reservation I denied the entrance I had to walk the the luggage after I called the reception, that was a bad thing

No es un Hotel 4 Estrellas es un buen 3 Estrellas.

Lo voy a comentar en cosas positivas y negativas. Positivas: *) Limpieza de las Habitaciones y el minibar son Buenos. *) La Ubicacion en la zona hotelera es Buena *) El personal se atento y simpatico con los huespedes Negativas: *) Los restaurantes no esta funcionando completos, el de carnes cerrado y los demas estas por encima de su capacidad. 1 hr de espera para Italiano, Obliga a comer siempre en Buffet. *) Faltan sillas en las piscinas. *) Falta atencion en la playa *) El Buffet no es muy variado. *) Las instalaciones son viejas y algunas le faltan mantenimiento. *) El Sport Bar no proyecta los eventos del momento. Estuve cuando el Clasico (Real Madrid - Barcelona) nunca lo pusieron. *) El Restaurant Mexicano tuvo una espera en cola de 45 min *) El Restaurant Italiano tuvo una espera en cola de 1hora 20 min. Acabo de llegar en temporada baja y el hotel estaba a full capacidad no me imagino en temporada alta. Tienen muchas cosas que mejorar para ser realmente un 4 Estrellas

The ocean view is great, food is good on every dinner restaurant, the swimming pools are very impressive. Just the air conditioning needs little maintenance. The temperature in room cannot reach 22C degree which I prefer no matter how I adjust on the controller console .

We were very impressed with this property. Many food options around the pool and for dinner. The pools and grounds were very clean. The wait staff were excellent! Always checking if you needed a drink around the pool which is where we spent most of our time. The only somewhat complaint i would have is the entertainment staff needs to come up with some different games. We were there for 7 days and it seemed like they only had a couple of pool games and were repeated daily. Overall we are already planning our next visit to this lovely property!
