Room was beautiful, had a corner over looking the ocean and what I assume is a bay? Not sure but it was incredible waking up to that view every morning. There was a pavilion with Christmas decorations that light up at night & I could see them from my room so that was a plus. Christian, a masseuse at the spa, did a wonderful job on my 50 minute Swedish. I then received a complimentary 5 min one from her by the pool as well and I loved that. There’s a woman who guides you to your treatments & and around the spa - an absolute gem. Can not remember her name and forgive me but she deserves her recognition as well. Kevin & Emir did a great job on the water aerobics / pool games. I had a ball. There was another guy his name starts with an F, don’t want to butcher it, but he was great too. Suzanna was attentive and kept the drinks flowing with my group at the pool. My only qualm - the food is hit or miss. There’s a young man who makes a mean omelette at the buffet & theres a delicious green juice I drank everyday for breakfast but everything else was kind of alright. Spumante was good, Silky City was okay, didn’t make it to the French but also heard from another guest it was alright. I did enjoy the lunches by the pool. They were good - there’s a man on the grill - he made a delicious chicken kabob one day and I wanted one every day since. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

The hotel was extremely nice and clean. The pool was also nice. There was no entertainment in the food was absolutely horrible. I read online that they had different water activities and things that you can use but none of it was there. They also have a bunch of random people walking around the facility, trying to up charge and up sale different things. Truly not an all inclusive because if you want a cabana, you have to pay an extra $100. If you want certain pools or bars, you have to join a certain club. The food was literally disgusting. There’s zero entertainment.

My stay at Breathless Soul was exceptional from the moment I stepped off the airport shuttle. Their partnership with Amstar ensured a seamless arrival, followed by a warm welcome with hot towels and refreshing water before being escorted to the VIP lounge. Every detail of the experience felt thoughtfully curated. I highly recommend booking the Xhale VIP room. The accommodations were stunning, the ocean view was breathtaking, and the staff provided impeccable service throughout my stay. I felt truly pampered and well cared for. I would absolutely return to this resort, as it was the best vacation I have ever experienced.

1- We were given $200 in vouchers upon check-in for a bottle of wine, spa and restaurant. But we had to pay a lot of extra money to use the vouchers. 2-We had to pay extra to use the double sunbeds around the pool. The regular beds were full and there was no room to sunbath
