Only complaint we had was we have been there before and had somebody all over us when got there to show us the resort and sell us stuff and we didn’t want that and she called my wife Rude for saying no we don’t need you to show us around

The property was beautiful, but that's pretty much it. The food was horrible on the resort. There were many activities on the resort to engage in, which left the experience pretty boring after a while. Many of the people in our party got sick, with one being exposed to ecoli and rotavirus. It is not a place I will be looking to go back to.

Beach had alot of seaweed and the sand looked dirty. Room was clean but water had a sulfur smell which they did try and fix but wasn’t completely gone. Staff was wonderful overall. The resort does not offer shuttle service to and from the airport so I was overcharged at the airport for cab to resort. I was told you cannot use Uber at the airport but was able to call Uber to take me back to airport which was $70 cheaper! Beware!
