Great place and staff

Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town

Excellent location. Very conveniently located just opposite of the castle. Lot of restaurants are available nearby. Very safe and touristy place to handout after sunset and dine.

Staff are lovely but the 7th floor is like a dungeon. Rooms are old and not worth money paid. Air ducts are filthy, just about blocked and shower curtain needs to be replaced. Dinner and dining area was great. Piano playing, staff and food was excellent.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport by taxi. Great location with many nice outdoor restaurants nearby. Safe area patrolled by the police. We were able to take the bus across the plaza from the hotel to the port for our day tour in Capri. The domestic train station is across the street from the hotel as well as the metro system. Our day tour for the Amalfi Coast met in front of the hotel. Overall very pleased with the choice of our hotel.
