When purchasing the room Expedia was glitching & wasn’t giving me option for 2 people. So I made the reservation & added my girlfriend’s name & even added in the comments that it wasn’t giving me option for 2 people. Upon arrival & checking in they were not allowing me to check in because they said the reservation was for one person & only in my girlfriend’s name. I argued with them & showed them the screenshots I had taken when booking the reservation & they said since I booked through Expedia there’s nothing they can do. I argued some more & asked to speak to someone else, the other person told me I could pay $30 USD or something equivalent to 100.000 something cop of which I refused & again showed the proof that this was not my fault. They ended up adding a second person (me) to the reservation which is all they had to do from the beginning to avoid the arguing / confrontation. Okay so that’s that part. Then today we were supposed to check out but we both couldn’t sleep last night so I made another reservation and put the tag on the door saying “no molestar”. Anyways, cleaning lady comes to the door & knocks which wakes us up. I tell her I don’t need the room cleaned but need new towels so I gave her the old towels but she did not give me the new ones & asked am I extending my stay. I replied I already paid for an additional night. They call my room 5 min later asking same thing when they have the computer in front of them so why call & ask instead of looking up my reserva

The room wasn’t clean and had bugs and mold in it. The bright colorful photos of the hotel at night is a lie. The hotel is dark, no lights in the environment.. mold on the shower head and dirty tub, stains on bedsheets and I paid for a suite

As always, great hotel, service, staff (including new personnel) all are top notch. Only situation that still have issues sometimes, is the wi-fi service, it has glitches and if you sending heavy reports, pictures or any big files, it may take longer or not work at all. Hopefully administrators will take care of this issue and round a big fat A1 status.

Upon arrival, the room wasn’t ready. We checked in, but they didn’t have a room key to give us. A guy escorted us upstairs to open the room. After that, the room smelled moldy. They didn’t even have hot water. They may have regulated it, but it was only in the morning. I was not supposed to shower at night. This was really disappointing. The location of the hotel is good, but the front desk staff was terrible. The concierge guy was very nice, and the parking staff was nice. However, the front desk staff will make you wait and won’t even acknowledge you.
