This is my second time staying at this hotel! Their service is above and beyond! Personal are AMAZING! Customer service the best! I was wrongly profile as a criminal by front desk attendant under the instructions of security. Under very judgmental non proof criteria. I have been a client of this hotel since 1980’s. Know former general manager Guillermo Valencia under who I freelanced ba k them in the Public Relations office with Public Relations Director Maria Claudia Varela. Wrong and worst experience ever in this hotel.
