Comfortable and clean except for the pool deck. Hot tub was DEEP but enjoyable. We had a 1 bdrm King with a pull-out single sofa. No cots are available which was unfortunate as we have five in our family.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Clean, friendly, and tasteful — all for a very reasonable price per stay. The amenities, services, and staff were excellent as well as the Moxies restaurant being so close and delicious make this a location I'll be staying at during my next visits to Calgary hands-down. Highly recommended!

When we arrive there's no body help us with our bags and guide us to our room. On our 2nd day we ask for refills of toiletries.But they not. Didn't even vacuum our room. The aiconditioning turned off every 10 minutes and the room is so hot. Will not recommend neither book again.

Not a great stay. Room had not been cleaned properly before our check-in. There was garbage left in the room, hair in the shower and crumbs on the sofa bed. I was told the property was at full-capacity so we couldn’t get a different room. They did clean up the garbage and replaced the bedding on the sofabed and at check out we were given a $50 credit. Still not a great experience.

This hotel does not clean your room everyday. You have to request each time you want your room cleaned. They did not tell us this until we inquired the third day at the front desk. Thus should be clearly explained to guests at check in
