Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable!

We stayed one night while in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNC-A and absolutely loved it- we only wish we’d had time to stay another night. We booked a King Suite for our family of four and were very comfortable. The bed, bedding, and pillows were all excellent (and we’re picky!). The room was clean, modern, and well furnished. The front desk staff member who checked us in around 10 p.m. was fantastic- very pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he’s originally from Minnesota. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would happily return.

The facility was amazing from the staff, rooms, and restaurants. It was first class in so many ways.

The staff was exceptional! The girls at the front desk were very helpful. The bartender for our event was very very nice and did a great job. Everything was very clean. The only thing I did not like is the bathroom and the closets were very small.

I stayed the night after having surgery so that I would be close to the hospital. The staff were so great. The lady at check in came to the car to help with check in. So kind as I was in a great deal of pain.

Loved this hotel! The service was fantastic and everything was so beautiful!!
