The hotel was super clean, updated, and the staff was super friendly and the bed was super comfy! The only reason why 4 out 5 stars is that it is adjacent to a busy avenue and sometimes the noise could be heard clearly especially if a high powered or emergency vehicle went by. Also we were put in a room right next to the elevator and could hear ALL the comings and goings. But once night hit it was pretty quiet and heard the road, sometimes, more than the elevator. Still it’s a great place to stay if you are only there a few nights but not a week (but not next to the elevator! 😂). Very convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and Asheville’s awesome downtown

Check in simple. Room was not as clean as expected. Got awaken at 4am by couple arguing outside front door (we were on 3rd floor) right up under our room window. Breakfast was ok but nothing to brag about.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, and allowed us to check in an hour early. The property is clean outside and parking was convenient too. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, these were the pros. The cons were no shampoo in the bathroom and the bath towels were extremely old and worn with a “bald spot” an area you could see through. The night lamps on each side of the bed were inoperable. Lastly the Coffee convenience tray had one cup that the protective wrapper was missing and the sugar, creamer and stirrer packages were already open. Overall the cons didn’t affect our stay, but we expected more for paying more from the so called “VIP” booking. I’m trying not to be to critical but I call it as I experience it. There were good qualities and some bad, but that’s probably anywhere you go now days.

Plenty of parking. Nice front desk staff. Great location. Room was dirty and needed some attention to keep it maintained. Breakfast was not very impressive at all. Would look to stay elsewhere next time.
