It's a very busy but very efficient, well-organized hotel for airport proximity. We've stayed here multiple times when returning to the US. Check-in is earlier than the usual, there are several places to eat, it's secure and well staffed. We check in, drop off our stuff, take back the rental car, then get the hotel bus back, have dinner at the hotel, a good sleep, and we're well set up for a morning transatlantic flight.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
