The room was excellent, and the views were amazing. The only issue is that our doorlock often malfunctioned and required us to go downstairs to the lobby to report it and to have the issue fixed. This happened at three times over our four day stay. It's annoying to deal with this, as we were on a top floor and it was rather inconvenient. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Traveling with a family of 5 is never easy since 4 of us are 6’ or taller! This room was spectacular and all 3 of our sons had plenty of room, even the 6’2” one that slept comfortably on the pull out couch. Thank you for a restful stay after a very long drive.

This hotel gave me wonderful memories of my stay in Boston. It’s very close to Copley Square Station and Copley Station, making it highly accessible. I especially loved the city view from the room. I also joined the running program on Wednesday morning and had the chance to run through the streets of Boston at dawn.
