Our room had holes in the wall when we brought it to the attention of the staff they made no accommodations and accused us of putting the holes there we checked in at 6:45 and left immediately to go to a concert got back around 12am and immediately reported the holes. Worst hotel experience ever

The cleaners for our room are really nice, they paid attention to so many living details like make up towel, the arrangement of our clothes and chargers, and the set up of our room temperature, etc.. It’s a wonderful experience staying here.

We stayed at a the Royal Sonesta with our two kids. I was happy it was walkable to many places. It was pretty clean, but a little dated. I wish they had a microwave in the room and room service. They do have in house food options, but room service is always nice after a day of walking with kids. The pool was a great option after a long day though. Not a huge deal, but they didn’t have Netflix or a smart tv, just basic cable. Which my kids got to feel like they were in the 90s watching the tv guide. I would stay again if the price was much lower than other options. But I probably would look elsewhere for better room accommodations.
