The property was beautiful and the staff was great. But maybe because I haven’t stayed at a hotel in a big city before but I was shocked and really annoyed to find out I had to pay for parking when I paid 200$ for a room. Most hotels you don’t pay to park at. I was informed it’s a 3rd party parking garage but how is that my problem that the hotel doesn’t have a parking lot for their paying customers. Maybe it was in the fine print somewhere but I did not know on top of the hotel fee I was also paying to park at the hotel I paid for already. Hotels I’ve been to in the past that utilize parking garages validate their customers parking pass.

There were only two people working the front desk at check-in time on a Saturday with a long line. Only one elevator was working in the west tower, so we stopped on every floor going up and down every time. I was told we’d have a city view. I assumed it was Boston I would see. Instead I saw Cambridge. And I could hear traffic up on the 9th floor. When a room full of young people were blaring much and partying in the hallway in the middle of the night…. The front desk promptly sent security to handle the issue.

This property was perfect for our stay. We were there for only 1 night to go to a game at TD Gardens. We got there early before check in and we were able to check in early which was a huge plus. The pool was great (our kids loved it) . The room was clean and very large. Walking distance to TD Gardens (about 15 minutes). So perfect!

The pool was freezing, so that wasn’t overly enjoyable. We booked this space we so we could easily walk to the mall and the museum of science. We had a little one and wanted to unwind in the pool to end the night. It was so freezing in the pool that the puddles on the side were ice cold. We didn’t stay long. Also, paying for parking $45 a night on top of staying is crazy. If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked.

Okay but definitely not our best stay

Got to the room that was supposed to sleep 4, the couch ended up not being a pullout even after I was told it was(multiple times). Had to call down for clean sheets and pillows cause the spare ones in the room weren’t clean. The shower didn’t have a shower head, only a shower wand which was disappointing. Throughout all this and a few other problems, like the remote batteries being dead, had to call the front desk several times and inevitably go down to the front desk because I was told to “wait for a manager to come check out the room” and they never did. After all that they eventually moved us up to a full size suite with a pullout and a balcony which was nice until we tried to use the master bedroom’s bathroom and couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower. Fortunately we had a second bathroom where the hot water worked cause I was honestly tired of complaining. The first room wasn’t great and deceiving based on pictures, the workers were nice and helpful in the end but it was just a lot of back and forth that seemed unnecessary. Also, I didn’t find out about the $45 overnight parking fee until checkin. Honestly wouldn’t recommend for the price
