They let me do a late check out. But kept calling me after this was approved and paid for. This is annoying. I was told 4 and was out at 3:45. I just should of never gotten 2 phone calls about this. Second I took my belongings to my car and got locked out of my room even though I had a late check out. Not appropriate

The hotel was nice, spacious and in a great location just a few minutes drive from Boston. The only issue we had is that when flushing the toilet at night, it would get stuck running water all night long and the noise was so loud it wouldn’t let us sleep. Not the hotel’s fault since we didn’t report it. Hotel had good breakfast every morning

I was not familiar with the area, but was very impressed by this hotel. Everything was perfect! The room was huge, beds super comfortable. I like to mix up locations when I stay in a new city - but I was sad that I did not choose to stay here more days. Will 100% be back!

My stay at the Hyatt was excellent. The room was so big and clean, with a cool view of Medford. The staff also hooked my mom and I up with free snacks. This place rules!
