Ramona Rocks!

I want to give a shoutout to Ramona, who worked in the breakfast area. She was unfailingly helpful, friendly, and courteous. On our last morning I was feeling unwell and she took note of that, went out of her way to ask how i was (it was just tiredness plus serious pollen that day so a very bad allergy day) and got me a lovely cup of tea. Convenient stay near Boston

Easily the nicest room I've had recently, with a seating area plus sleeping area. The only negative was having to pay for parking but I guess that's a given in an urban location. Excellent breakfast and the worker was pleasant and efficient.

Amazing staff!! Jurrell was awesome, checked us in early and was a wealth of knowledge. Ramona in the breakfast area was truly the best!! So inviting and helpful, these two made the stay amazing.
