The room was dated and there was no microwave or fridge even though other rooms have them and they’re on the websites. The tub stopper was broken and the phone buttons didn’t work. The front office staff however was incredibly kind and professional.

Staff was very courteous and warming. Stephen at the check-in desk was very kind. Hotel needs an update. Room: tiny, felt like it would work for an oompa loompa. Bathroom: tinier, oompa loompa child would be fine in the bathroom. Can we stop the low flow proliferation? These suds won't get out on their own. Wasting more water just waiting for the low flow to push all suds out (and I'm losing my hair). TV was again - oompa loompa size. Floor carpets were dirty in the main areas, not my room. Breakfast was fine. The lobby, eating area are big and comforting - what happened to the rest of the place? Not sure if I'd stay again, maybe if I could sleep in the breakfast area. Lots of choices in the area. Update/enlarge the place and I'll come back.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. The breakfast area is large and very nice. Plenty of easy parking. Some parts of the hotel are visibly a little old but the important things: shower, comfy beds, climate control, were fine.

The hotel was ok being older. It could use some remodeling. Rooms are clean, bar ok, restaurant ok. Nothing fancy about place. Breakfast food not the healthiest, I’d pass on it.
