Excellent service from staff. Air conditioning and heating worked very well. No sound from elevator or hallways. Slept very well. Excellent location. Boston Common and theater district were less than five minutes away -walking. Back Bay was convenient-and close by. Good restaurants nearby. The actual accommodations are not elaborate, but I would stay there again any time. And will probably return sooner than later.

Tiny clean room with lovely staff but no amenities

Old, very small hotel which has been renovated. Great staff. Tiny, tiny rooms which make it near to impossible to work. Shower only. No onsite restaurant but plenty in area. Thin walls and old windows so temps are hard to achieve and hold.

Way over priced for what you get. Almost paid $400 for one night. The room so small there isn’t any place to put your stuff. There are no side tables. The central air makes a noise about every 40 mins that is so loud it wakes you up. There are no extra blankets in the room.

Super basic hotel, small room but just needed a place to sleep. Was in a great location to walk around Boston and was neat and clean. The parking garage was across the street and only $25 with a room which was much cheaper than anywhere else. Would definitely stay again.
