The manager, Ahmad, was very understanding of our situation and showed great empathy and he was able to rectify the matter without hesitation. Friendly and efficient bartender, Lei, was on top of things and we had great service. Place was conveniently located close to the airport and the shuttle service was a nice add in. No reservations, would definitely stay again!

This hotel was outstanding, from start to finish. The room was spacious and clean, we actually had two rooms, a sitting area with a couch, desk and large screen TV, and a bedroom with another TV. The shuttle to and from the airport was reliable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good buffet variety (fresh fruit, pototoes, breakfast meats, cereals, breads) and made to order omelets. The staff was helpful and professional. It was an excellent value. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Very close to the Airport. The only downside is no parking so you have to use the valet service that is pretty pricey but the valet staff are great. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing the food is delicious.

Overall the stay was ok, food location, easy transport links to downtown Boston. Breakfast was great, good variety. Downside to our stay was the cleanliness of our room, below the fridge the carpet had been damaged, maybe through a leak from the fridge, but bugs were present in that area along with the bathroom reported it to reception who said they would send someone to clean but it didnt get sorted and they wernt iverly apologetic
