House is unique as it is set up to potentially be rented by the bedroom rather than the whole house (ie. each bedroom has a separate keycode lock). 3 of the 4 bedrooms has its stairs leading from that bedroom to a private living area (or office area). Kitchen was reasonably well appointed. Coffee/creamer/sugar/coffee filters is provided. There's only 1 parking spot with the house but there is street parking available for free on the weekends (not sure about weekdays). Location is not walking distance to anything but the house is quiet. Only issue we had was that the air conditioning kept re-setting after just a few hours so we had to repeatedly get up during the night to keep setting it lower (was over 90 degrees during the day while we were staying there); this was despite selecting the thermostat option to keep the set temperature indefinitely. We didn't message the owner about this as it only affected our last night there. Overall a very good house selection for us!
