Took over an hour to be picked up by the airport shuttle. One passed without stopping. Also there are incidental charges of $75 a night that are not included in the price on Expedia.

Property was nice. Hotel staff were very nice. Shuttle driver not so much. Took an hour to get picked up, he was cranky. On way back same driver. He sat in van for 30 minutes even though we were waiting in the misty rain and there were others waiting for a shuttle after ours. He was cranky again and he made sideways comments at my 13 year old when we were not in a hurry to tip so we walked away.
