All of the sheets in our room had TONS of stains all over them. I also paid for two queen sized beds and got 2 full sized beds. The front desk said they only have queens in this hotel, which is a lie and false advertisement. I will be contacting corporate and making many reviews.

This was a good option to stay the night before an early flight. We found a great walkable pizza place for dinner and a nice nearby neighborhood for an evening walk My only complaint was a bit of traffic noise throughout the night.

Above-average rooms for a budget hotel, very helpful staff, decent free breakfast. A fair distance from the airport in an industrial port neighborhood, but fine for an overnight stopover.

We just needed to stay one night before our cruise and Hampton inn is consistent. Shuttle to and from the airport was a nice touch. Only one restaurant within walking distance and it's Mexican with great food. There's a grocery store and Starbucks across street for last minute items. Very nice staff.

Hotel itself is fine but caution - there are multiple Hampton Inn locations and the shuttle drivers DO NOT alert you to this or confirm that you’re on the right shuttle. If you go to the wrong hotel you either have to shuttle back to the airport and wait (potentially an hour long ordeal if timing works out poorly) or do what we did and pay for a rideshare to take you to the correct hotel. They should clearly warn people, they told us this happens “all the time” at the other Hampton Inn location — hmmmm, wonder if that’s a hint that you aren’t communicating instructions clearly?

Great price, good hot breakfast, location was fine but no view of Boston. Great shuttle from airport and fast elevators. We were pressed for time so we took an Uber to Boston for the day but were able take the T and then the Commuter train from North Station to the Chelsea Station when we were ready to leave the city for the day. The commuter line runs about once per hour so you have to get lucky or plan ahead to make that work. The Chelsea Station is located across the street behind the Market Basket Store so close walk. Recommend for budget friendly who just want a close place to stay near Boston and don’t really plan to be at the hotel except as a home base while seeing Boston. Expensive to park car, 30 Dollars per day but still inexpensive if you just factor that into nightly rate.
