The airport shuttle was convenient and efficient- driver friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is the price of the foods in the shoppette. $5 for a soda or a single serve Mac and cheese is ridiculous and unnecessary.

Next to a Produce Wholesaler which had trucks in and out all day and night making noise constantly. Hotel walls very thin. Could hear everything in the next room…

I arrived early at the airport and was grateful that they let me get to my room before the 3 o'clock check-in time and let me rest. The breakfast was also decent.

The room we were given was a wheel chair room. I was told that was the reason there were no chairs. I was told that I could carry up some chairs if I wanted to but I would have to carry them and return them myself. This seems a little shabby for 300 per night. Everyday I asked for a manager but there was never one available. A disgrace of a Hampton Inn.

Did not like that there was no over hang/cover at the entrance....it was pouring rain when we arrived...it was a mess bringing luggage in....no one was there to help. On the positive the room was large and very clean...was very quiet

Came to Boston to attend my first Red Sox game at Fenway and to see the area for the first time since I was younger. The front desk staff was extremely nice and welcoming, along with both van drivers we interacted with. The breakfast was satiating and tasted good. I also really enjoyed having the luxury of the van to take you to and from the airport.

Very clean and quick access to the airport. It is next door to a large company and we heard some loud noises throughout the night but it wasn't too bad. Staff were great and they had a full breakfast that my husband enjoyed.

We based ourselves here for two days visiting downtown Boston. we were attracted by the Airport shuttle (free and very efficient) and the hot breakfast (average) The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Great mattress! Overall a very good experience.
