I cannot comment on the area around the property, as we arrived around 10:00 pm and were shuttled to the airport at 8:00, I did not really observe much of the surrounding area. The inside of the hotel was great though, extremely clean and quiet. There was not much variety to the breakfast, but it was still good. I would stay at this property again if I needed to be close to the airport.

It took 3 calls to get shuttle service. Embassy Suites driver stopped to say that we should have booked with thrm, as h we had drove past us 4 t imes while we were waiting for our shuttle to arrive. I called at 6am and didn't get picked up until 830. We had just traveled from Los Angeles to Boston and were just tired.

Courteous and efficient pickup from airport, friendly staff at check in and check out, Five Guys right across the street! We had to leave early, but they had a small breakfast bag with a piece of fruit, small muffin, and water. Overall, really enjoyable stay.

Google Maps has this listed as having a business center. It does not and has not had for sometime. I would not have stayed here if it did not have a business center. It was short staffed. No hot water, lukewarm coffee, dirty tables, and no conditioner for several days....

Bed was super comfortable; breakfast was good with variety. Shuttle to airport was quick and convenient and easy to schedule. The only complaint was that the shower glass door in the bathroom wouldnt stay closed and would slide open. Had to use a towel under the door to keep it shut while showering.
