the worst experience i have ever had with a property. I booked this and it had a "pay at property" option so that is what we did. The morning of our reservation i received a message that my card could not be processed for one of my two reserved rooms. When i returned the call, I was told that the hotel was told the hotel was overbooked and because my card wouldn't go through for the second room, they gave it to someone else but i still have the first room. completely unacceptable. ONE... we reserved two rooms for a reason, and to be told all 4 of us would be stuck to one room was terrible. TWO. it was supposed to be pay at property, and they charged my card, without my consent at 8 am of the reservation day, when check in doesn't even start until 3 pm. THREE.. their front desk, and extended "customer service" was horrible. Would do nothing to resolve the issue and was rude, short, and seemed to not care at all about their actions. What's odd, is after demanding a refund of my room that was actually charged, 3 hours later there were still rooms on expedia for the same hotel, for the same rooms that i had booked. It would still allow me to book two rooms at that hotel for the remainder of the night. I checked multiple times. Seems to me this property is running a scam and should be held accountable.
