I purposely did not get the Wicked Small room so I could have some extra space. The photos of the guestroom were very misleading. The room was incredibly small and old, the lights flickered, people on my floor were loud at all hours of the night, the bathtub had chipped paint everywhere, etc. For how expensive it was, it was not worth it. Definitely paid for the location and that's about it. The lobby area is so nice then you get to your room and it looks like it's 40 years old.

Soap dispenser in shower did not work well. The coffee pods in room were all decaf one morning and my understanding of the extra 81 in fees was unclear. I am sure I lost that money. The concierge led us to the wrong waiting area for our uber.

Just ok

The location was good. Parking isvery expensive and does not allow in and out, so we parked at a much cheaper garage about 8 blocks away, which was fine. We did not have the breakfast, due to the cost, but Starbucks was located right in the hotel, so that worked. Several decent restaurants in walking distance. The room was quite small. The bathroom was tiny and the drain in the shower didn't work well - I had to keep turning the water off between steps to allow the water to drain so that I wasn't standing in several inches of water.
