Disappointing!

The front desk charged almost $100/night resort fees without prior explanation. The room was spacious & clean, but had multiple issues - our AC did not work & the bathroom sink was clogged. Excellent housekeeping staff and close proximity to MIT are a plus. Otherwise, it was a disappointing stay.

Amazing experience at this property! Very close (across the street and another stop around the corner) from the red line, which made transportation very easy and convenient. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Zero complaints here!

The AC was weak and took a while to get going. Otherwise, great stay with friendly and helpful staff, pretty good beds, and the best possible location for visiting MIT and the Cambridge/Boston area in general.
