We chose this place because it is near MIT and is has many coffee shoots and restaurants around But I love the most is its gym! State of the art equipment and facility.

The room was nice. We stayed in a corner room with nice big windows. But as soon as we turned the a/c unit on it was louder than a freight train so we shut it off and were hot all night.

The AC didn't work well. The location of bath towels under the sink near the floor did not make it easy to locate. It would have made more sense to place them on the shelves in plain sight.

Disappointing!

The front desk charged almost $100/night resort fees without prior explanation. The room was spacious & clean, but had multiple issues - our AC did not work & the bathroom sink was clogged. Excellent housekeeping staff and close proximity to MIT are a plus. Otherwise, it was a disappointing stay.
