We planned a night away for school vacation, and without notice prior to checking in, we were informed at checkin that the pool's heating does not work and the pool will not be warm. The hotel did not offer any apology or offers for inconvenience, especially the ability to cancel the reservation. For any family with kids, a pool is the key amenity to have. To not offer or be willing to help the situation is just not right. I will not stay at a Best Western going forward.

Decent hotel, everyone was nice, room was clean, morning breakfast was good. Only complaint is that the mattresses are sooo hard. They need softer matresses, I woke up with back pain quite a few times and the pillows are small and not very full and fluffy. They need better pillows and mattresses, more hotel quality and then things would be good.

Stayed here for 5 nights, their breakfast was very good we made sure we made it down for breakfast. Every one was very pleasant that we talked to. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. I would stay here again.

This hotel truly rescued our birthday trip after a rough experience elsewhere. We arrived late, but the staff were gracious and immediately let us check in without hesitation. Every team member we met was warm, friendly, and attentive—offering smiles and helpfulness whether we passed through the lobby midday or grabbed a snack after midnight. Our room was spacious and spotless, much larger and cleaner than our previous hotel, and at a better price. The beds were well made, the bathroom was immaculate every day, and you could feel the care in every detail. From our very first interaction to our last goodbye, the hospitality was outstanding. What really stood out was how genuinely empathetic and accommodating everyone was; even though our earlier travel issues had nothing to do with them, they made us feel appreciated and cared for. The clear communication at check-in, welcoming environment at all hours, and overall warmth transformed our stay into a wonderful memory. Without question, I look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and true hospitality.
