Boone Ski Resorts

Beds were very comfy. Room was neat and clean. Staff was very helpful. We had booked 2 rooms and HOTEL.COM put us on different floors. The desk clerk canceled that reservation and rebooked us so we were next door to one another.

Only negative was that I had to drive around the parking lot for 20 mins last night and never found a parking spot. Staff graciously let me park beneath the check in overhang but obviously not enough parking spots at the hotel for peak occupancy.

Hotel was conveniently located to all the attractions. The hotel inside and the grounds outside were very well maintained. I wish there was a hot tub but the pool was heated enough that even I could get in the water. All of the staff were super friendly. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. The cookies at the front desk were a hit with my daughter. There's no view of anything because of where the hotel is located so it was suggested I choose a room on the backside of the hotel so it would be more quiet. The breakfast had an amazing selection of food. I liked that the parking spots were large and not just meant for compact cars. The 24hr coffee bar was a plus. The only one negative I'll mention is that the beds were a little hard. I highly reccomend this hotel and I will definately stay here again.

The accommodations were very nice. We stayed for one night and were very comfortable.
