The hotel was great. Check in was a little slow and the staff member went to check if our room was clean. Checked us in and room wasn’t cleaned when we went upstairs. Came back down got another room and the keys didn’t work. Back downstairs and finally got the keys and room. Other than the check in process hotel was great and convenient to where we needed to go.

Not a great stay. The carpets were stained. Our bathroom had trash on the floor. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived, and we had to go to the desk multiple times during our two days here to get the keycards fixed. And it seemed like we were bothering the staff when we asked for help. I am a rare complainer, but this is not a place I’d recommend.

My Granddaughter & I really enjoyed our stay. The ONLY things that took my rating from excellent to good is that the br4e4akfast was so/so but good and there were no towels available at the pool. Overall, we had a great stay; beds were comfy & staff very nice. We enjoyed swimming.

The place is beautiful and convenient for a Boone stay for sure. Easy to check in and good service The only thing that made me question was that we wanted to gather in the rather large hang/lobby area but were told they could not turn on lights because it was not buffet/time And wanted to have us turn the TV on to be there. My family was visiting with friends that live in Boone and no one else was in that space. We didn't want to watch TV which we could've done in our room. We wanted to talk. I would offer the feedback to the hotel that lights want to be on in order to be inviting. That's the only thing that felt off for me. And even still I will defend stay again.

The place was clean, staff was friendly. You defianty have to be lookikg hard for yhe place though as you have to go around back on the building to get in. But thats not a complaint. We loved our stay!

Nice last minute stay

Overall we had a nice stay. We were in town for the night for our daughter’s graduation. We stayed in the king suite with hot tub.. it as well as the fireplace seemed a bit dated but it was clean and we appreciated it. The bed was super comfortable. I read some reviews prior to our stay on google and I kinda got a bit scared but thankfully I took it for what it was worth and went anyway. The room and facility was very clean. Is it all brand new? No! But that doesn’t concern me. A clean safe place to say is all I care about.

Where do we start.. Price of the room for the weekend was $450 for 2 nights. This should be a 1 star hotel at best. Some places put lipstick on a pig but this place doesn’t even do that. As soon as you step off the elevator, musty hits your nostrils. The room won’t impress you. One of the beds had a dirty comforter, broken towel rack, bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was ok.

This one didn't meet expectations as bed uncomfortable with no light blanket offered. The breakfast did not include eggs but it was good. The desk charged my one card when I always split payment, I wasn't asked but I did mention the card. Good location. Overall okay or fair.
