Wonderful. 5 star staff

Laura, Elisa and Marco on the front desk are some of the best front of house staff we have ever encountered in our time enjoying and working in the travel industry. They are so helpful in every way. We highly recommend exploring Bologna and the surrounding area by staying at the Aemilia Hotel.

The hotel is in a very good position because not in the chaotic city centre but very close and good parking facilities. The staff is professional and kind and the rooms ar well kept. But I do think it was overpriced fir what it is.

The room was spacious and very clean. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant was good as well. There is a nice bar area with lounge. We really enjoyed our stay. If we ever get back to Bologna, we would love to stay here again.

I'm not sure how this hotel has good reviews bc it sucks. To start the staff isn't friendly and are extremely rude. You have to pay for water. They have 2 things that are gluten free and make no accommodations nor do they care. The sheets and bedding are so stretched it's itchy. The showers don't have hot water. They lock you into your reservation so you can't cancel after checking in knowing that the property is awful. Huge waste of money and regret staying here.

The staff was very kind and helpful. All spoke English as well as many other languages. The room was amazing. Lovely, spacious, had a hair dryer, fridge, towel warmer. Any extra things you need just ask! I had an awesome stay!
