The room was spacious and very clean. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant was good as well. There is a nice bar area with lounge. We really enjoyed our stay. If we ever get back to Bologna, we would love to stay here again.

I'm not sure how this hotel has good reviews bc it sucks. To start the staff isn't friendly and are extremely rude. You have to pay for water. They have 2 things that are gluten free and make no accommodations nor do they care. The sheets and bedding are so stretched it's itchy. The showers don't have hot water. They lock you into your reservation so you can't cancel after checking in knowing that the property is awful. Huge waste of money and regret staying here.

The staff was very kind and helpful. All spoke English as well as many other languages. The room was amazing. Lovely, spacious, had a hair dryer, fridge, towel warmer. Any extra things you need just ask! I had an awesome stay!

Great place to stay when visiting Bologna

Gorgeous hotel situated around 20 mins walk from the Bologna centre. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful, and room was spacious and lovely. Breakfast was great too. Try to get a room higher up as the views are great. This means getting one facing away from the road (which can be a little bit noisy). Definitely recommend.
