Would not recommend this hotel. Apart from the location, about 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz station where you can get metro/ train/trams all over for sightseeing. (Many other hotels in this area). Reception Staff are rude. Room was clean, but lacking the expected 4star - no iron. No fridge, no shower cap, no solid hand soap, towels were like old rags included a picture was appalled. Safe didn’t work had to report it twice before any maintenance came. Tv remote didn’t work most the time. (Battery problem) Would never return to this hotel.
