The hotel was great. The only concern I had was the check in was slow. Otherwise the front desk staff were very kind and always willing to help navigate the city.

Good but charge extra for pool, extra for sauna.

Nice hotel, felt nickel and dimmed needing to pay €10 for the pool and if I wanted to go in the sauna €10 (the latter of which was a step too far). Hence the lower stars, if I was there with family that would have mounted up as the kids love a swim when possible. Don’t expect that kind of approach from a five star hotel brand. Everything else was good.
