Room was very clean, staff helpful and polite I ate in “ the Chinese “ restaurant waited 25 minutes for my drink and 45 minutes for 1 appetiser plate and 1 noodle dish !! Half the appetisers were cold and the noodle dish was very salty ( not from the soy , too much added salt ) I did tell the staff and they seemed very unbothered Shame as everything else was great.

Very comfortable. A great place to stay when you have an early flight out if Cairo.

what can I say? This hotel is beautiful, amazing, and very comfortable bed. The only gripe I have is there are no plugs in the bathroom and for a lady like me that needs to blow dry her hair. I had to use the plug next to the bed with no mirror. Otherwise, this is an amazing and beautiful hotel.

It's clean hotel with friendly staffs. Have had a pleasant stay, also centrally located.

Thank-you so much to the incredible staff - when I checked in off a 4am flight they assisted me with changing my reservation so I could sleep after a long journey!! They went above and beyond and made me feel so welcome as a guest!
