Airport shuttle was fine but I suggest adding the hotel on WhatsApp prior to travel. Also, I found the WiFi at Cairo airport to be unreliable. So be sure to have local data service in your phone upon arrival. This hotel was nice, comfortable and functional. However it felt as if I was in a three star resort hotel but staying in the off season. Or a hotel that in the past was more popular, but now is in a downward trajectory. As examples, the executive lounge was open, but no guests were in it, no coffee available, snacks were sparse and looked stale. The pool and area surrounding the pool look nice. But the pool was closed and much of the restaurant and pool deck looked like it was abandoned.

A perfect mid range airport hotel. Efficient, regular shuttle service takes about 5 minutes to get to Cairo Airport. Comfortable room, everything worked well. The staff are wonderful , very helpful and friendly. The pool and fining options are good and the location near the airport is ideal either for arrivals or departures. I will definitely stay here again.

Only overnight stay prior to flight. Delightful staff. Very busy hotel with lots of amenities if you wanted them. Very clean, comfortable rooms. One of the best rainfall showers ever! USBports in multiple places in the room. Had the buffet for dinner. Was decent food, with good choices.

My "upgraded premium" room stank of cigarettes, the drain was completely clogged and the bathroom floor began to flood, which interrupted my shower. After being assured very clearly over the phone by room service that all the food and snacks set out in the room outside of the fridge were complimentary, I was charged for them at checkout. They held up my airport shuttle to make me pay for peanuts. It's ok for one night, it's near the airport, but don't expect much from this place, and be wary.

Airport shuttle service very good. Very close to Airport, so super convenient. We got upgraded to very nice modern rooms with fresh fruit. Recommend to stay there if you need to get to airport quickly for a next day flight. Reception is bit dated, but apart from that all good.

My complaints are: 1. Not being able to receive credit for the unused included breakfasts for 3 nights while waiting for my partner to arrive, since I had to reserve the room for 2 guests for the entire stay. The front office staff was unwilling to give me any type of credit, even for in-house use. 2. The gym was run down, with dirt and dust visible. The starting time was not clear, with front office staff saying anywhere between 6:30-7:30 a.m. I only used it once or twice later on during the day when I knew for certain it was open. 3. Lunch (900 EP) and dinner (1100 EP) do not include simple drinks like coffee or tea, even though they are more expensive than breakfast (650 EB), which includes those drinks and more. 4. Noisy staff at the restaurant talking to each other so loudly. 5. No early check-in or late check-out. 6. Difficult to reach the hotel for those who are outside the airport complex, attempting to drop off or pick up guests. Positive feedback: Friendly staff by the pool area, front office, and security. Excellent breakfast variety, including premium coffee. Nice reception area, including piano playing and plenty of seating. The pool is outdoors and well-maintained. Rooms are clean.

Everything was fine, just make sure when you get there that they give you the right room that you booked. I booked for a family connecting room and they try to give me two separate room not next to each other and not connected

Yes I stay only one night for rest sleep and go airport in early morning 3 am : but this hotel make me and other guess more upset cuz noise and beat from wedding outdoor like concert from 7-11pm It should be better if they have wedding area far away from All hotel room. Price not cheap here lije$100 per night higher than other hotel in Egypt but for convenience to airport . Lots of guests welcome to pay for rest sleep and fly.
