Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Not to my taste.
Hotel near Cairo Airport with free shuttle service; dont bother calling the mobile number given they don’t answer.
I have asked one of the airport staff to call and she could not get through. The shuttle stop is just outside the main exit I was lucky the shuttle was there dropping other guests off. My first impression was that the reception staff was not at all friendly; it felt they were condescending.
My room was on the 4th floor with lounge access; once again don’t bother paying for it . the food seemed to be there for hours; dry pastries, no drinks on cans apart from coffee or tea. The room was ok; some of the amenity kits were empty and there was hair on the bathtub and sink. There was a wedding happening and loud music by the room I was staying. I asked to be moved and this was accepted. I could still hear the music from my new room but I was too tired to complain again. I wish I was notified there would be a wedding celebration I would have chosen another hotel.
One positive aspect of the hotel is the Italian restaurant staff. The lady is friendly and chatty. I am afraid this hotel was not for me;
