Clean room and friendly staff

Sent to an already occupied room at check-in, which was a major safety concern. The room I was eventually given had mold in the bathroom, hair all over the bedding, bugs in the room, no hot water, almost no water pressure, and the A/C couldn’t keep the room cool. There was even a rock holding the back door open, which doesn’t inspire confidence in security. The staff was friendly and understanding about the issues, but unfortunately the cleanliness, maintenance, and security problems made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

Breakfast was satisfying. Check in staff was excellent .

It was fairly nice. I had problems with the tv. I wasn’t able to call the host was because the phone didn’t work. The hostess was gracious showing me that only one of the controls worked. When I took a bath, the water kept running out so that didn’t last long. When I put the towel on the towel rod, it fell to the ground.
