Dinner at Rooftop saved the stay.

This is a budget hotel. The room has a very overpowering smell and I felt quite dizzy when I first stepped into the room. My colleagues complained about the smells too. The chambermaids did not use vacuum cleaner at room level lobby. She used a wooden stick broom. So shocking to see all the dust in the air. The lunch and dinner buffet were decent and well cooked. We truly enjoyed our dinner at rooftop restaurant !

In today's day and age they don't have electrical sockets on both sides of the bed or any light controls, they are only on one side of the bed and that too very limited, the electrical socket and switch are combined for light also, so if you want to leave your device on charge then you have to sleep with the light on your head. And they do provide an iron in the room but the wire is small and other sockets in the room do not work. The USB sockets also did not function. When I called the guest services to get a dental kit, there was no answer for about 20 minutes, finally had to go down to reception and they said may be missed your call cause of lot of room guests calling. Overall bad experience. Check in and check out took forever.

Chancery Pavilion Hotel provided a wonderful stay. The facilities were excellent and met all expectations, ensuring a comfortable experience. As always...staff and location were excellent. Only disappointment was the beer lines in the Brewery were not clean and therefore could not properly enjoy the offerings. Hoping for a better tasting next time.
