The Titanic Hotel itself is beautiful with delicious food and drinks and nicely furnished rooms. My room initially didn't have the amenities it was supposed to so I had to go back down to get a different room. They apologized and changed it so back up I went to the new room, which was lovely and had a display of fruit and treats. This was lovely except there was a card with a different name on it. I called down to tell them so they came and took it all away. It was clear the staff was disorganized or really poorly trained. Staff stayed unhelpful throughout the rest of the stay.
The Titanic hotel is top-notch. The rooms are spotless, and the staff is very helpful. The location is superior, making it easy to get to any location in Belfast.

It was a great let down. The hotel lacked staff that you would expect from this class of hotel. There were no porters to meet, greet or assist with luggage. There was no one available to show us to our room, 402 which was the furthest from reception, the corridors were dark and dim. The food in the Wold restaurant was not to the standard we expected. The main courses were very dry and appeared to be reheated freeze dried. We would not stay here again. The best part was it was opposite the Titanic centre.
Wow this hotel is Amazing. From the staff to the amenities it was fantastic. The food and the staff were great. We didn’t want to leave

Its proximity to the Titanic Museum/exhibition is worth the extra cost. The hop on hop off bus stops at the rear of the hotel and an excellent way to see parts of Belfast. Staff were all helpful and courteous
Our room was street-side and VERY LOUD. The king bed was 2-twin beds “attached together” and the seam in the middle was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The fire alarm went off twice in the morning at 5am which woke us up. This was HORRIBLE.
