Great Stay.

Amazing place to stay. Bathroom was terrific with great water pressure and very hot water. The room was very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. They helped with laundry and a taxi. The front desk truly cares about the guest and spends time with each to be sure they’re good. Location is about 10 minutes away from everything.

Such a comfy bed

Lovely hotel in a convenient place if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. Parking is expensive but it suited us well for our stay to just forget the car in a safe place. I could be really picky about tiny details like the stupid position of the soap over the bath and the height of the shaving mirror but generally it is excellent. Helpful, friendly staff and we really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner.

Easy access to the airport, bed was comfy, Aircon could use work. Staff at the desk seemed ill and was coughing/wiping their face with their hands before handing us our key. It would have been nice for them to wear a mask instead of risking infection.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were very helpful throughout our 4 night stay. Room looked a little worn, bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. The only downside was on two occasions we were woken up around 6:40/ 7:00 am from workman on the nearby building site. Also be prepared the car parking charge for the hotel isn’t cheap!

There were some things in the room that were showing signs of wear. Specifically the window latch was loose and the bracket for the shower head was wobbly. Neither thing affected our stay and we had an excellent time. Room was of a fairly high standard and the public spaces in the hotel were exceptional.

Loved this hotel, friendly staff, great selection at breakfast, very comfortable pillows and beds. Location was great, easy walking disrance to restaurants , hop on hop off bus stops and the Catherdral quarter shops.

Great spot within 5 mins walk of the main bars and restaurants. Handy for Ormeau park , where we were going to see a gig. The hotel was spotless, and contemporary, rooms were good, and had a great breakfast selection. 100% recommended.
