Didn’t have a room until 4.15 when check in was 3. Lots of pillows in the room but they were all rock hard. Room was clean and spacious, the guy on the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms for our family were spotless, beds were very comfortable, breakfast had a huge variety of hot and cold items, pastries, an espresso machine, juices, etc. We were really happy with the location as well. Staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed, setting up a table for us one evening when we came back with takeout from a restaurant that hadn't had a table for us, and booking a taxi for us the morning we needed to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well equipped. Knocked a star off as breakfast could be a bit haphazard. There never seemed to be enough cups or glasses and buffet items were not topped up regularly enough. I would definitely stay there again though

Lovely stay, friendly staff and overall a well maintained property. There was a stain on the carpet in my room (it was a clean stain - if that makes sense - not anything disgusting), but took away from the overall niceness. Also the showers are disappointing. Not adjustable and low pressure. It’s always easy to point out the flaws, the hotel in general is lovely, super comfy beds, nice and quiet, friendly staff (though reception seemed a little understaffed at times) and good value for money.

It was okay. Being from the US we are used to certain amenities. This room did not have a AC or anything to circulate air. The tv remote did not work. This was just an average stay at best. The staff were very polite and helpful.

AVOID!!! We have never had such a terrible breakfast in what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. We arrived early and paid separately for breakfast. My husband is vegetarian and you would expect a good choice of what is available after having read the reviews. However, there was only bread and jam/marmalade available for him. The fresh tomatoes were in a pan in oil. He asked if there was perhaps some cucumber, cheese and olives. the staff member said she would go and check but never got back to him. When he asked her about it she said there was none and they were busy... That is terrible service, to try and fob customers off. Staff looked as though they were run ragged and there were clearly not enough staff working. The only items available were sausage, bacon, eggs, beans. Even the American tourists there were complaining. Items were not being replenished. No cheese, no fruit, no yogurt! There wasn't a manager coming to check on the food and the staff. The second day we had our breakfast included in our stay and we thought that things would improve - sadly not! Porridge wasn't cooked and was nearly cold. Again, we had to make do with bread, cheese and jam. Leonardo hotel, you must do better. We didn't enjoy our stay here
