Book Beech Bluff hotels

I stay here everytime I visit Jackson. Great hotel. They just don't have ice machines!

If you stay anywhere stay here it’s close to everything and it’s clean affordable and ALL of the staff is very kind if I come back and I had to stay over a month I will stay here again

Started badly. First person at Reception wasn't pleasant or helpful and totally lackluster. She left us standing to wait for a manager. I offered to let her serve others waiting behind me. She said it wasn't necessary. Breakfast was missing cutlery. Room was clean. Shower didn't have hot water, just luke warm. There were no amenities in bathroom. 3 tissues in the box? I was disappointed because I remembered it being nicer and worth the price.

The Residence Inn is within the area we always travel to. The rooms are great, the carpet, the tile, the tops of all tables and dressers, bathroom, kitchen, etc. always very clean. We never have been there when everything was not clean and in order. The Staff are always friendly and helpful. Every hotel or motel should be like this one. We have stayed at other places in the Jackson, TN area before, but when we found this one we don't bother to go anywhere else.

Is always a wonderful hotel everywhere.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The outside of the building is in disrepair. Breakfast was adequate but biscuits and gravy would have been nice. Had to get ice from the lobby and the shower did not have hot water. Liked that there was no carpet on the floor but you could see light under the closed door. Overall, not a bad deal on a budget.
