very good experience

Enjoyed our overnight stay. New and pristine Great kitchenette. Walk- in shower Our room was set up for a single occupat I think because there was a small table and one chair for eating. and the kitchen had a microwave + electric stove.

Brand new facility but only one channel if it worked. Cleaning staff came in room while I was getting dressed. Didn’t apologize or announce himself!! I am a female. Not good. Microwave had PF displayed couldn’t use it. Had to move because of to many problems. Had my 90 year old father with me. Way too much to deal with! No coffee but could rent a coffee maker. Had nothing to use if using anything like microwave or stovetop no utensils etc.

Check in was easy and upon entering the room I was immediately struck by how clean it was. We have never stayed at this brand of hotel, so I was unsure of what to expect. The room was clean and well taken care of. We had a room close to the entrance and it did get loud, so if we stay there again I would prefer not to stay in that exact room.

Room was immaculate. The room was almost sterile. The smell of cleaners was a little overpowering in the entry and hallways. But not as noticeable in the room. I had to ask for an extra set of towels. Room slept 4, but only 2 sets were in the bathroom. One bar of soap. Had to ask for shampoo for my kiddos that forgot theirs. The office was locked down when i got up the next morning, and the automated coffee machine had no cups available...when i went and found one in my car, i found that it didnt work. The water wasnt working in the gym. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mid size fridge, two burners and a kitchen sink in the room...but there were no dishes or cups. I dont know if i could have gotten some at the front desk or not... i would stay here again. No frills, but it appeared new and clean. I would bring a coffee mug next time, and some instant coffee...

If you’re looking for hospitality this place is not it. It is new so it is clean, close to fast food and I 40. We booked for two nights and had to get our key cards reactively each day, does not work well when the front desk is closed after 10pm.

My affordable go to in Jackson Tn

Brand new, maybe a month or two old. Extended stay , kitchenettes, no breakfast but perfect for overnight or longer. Comfortable, clean. Front desk clerk available after 11 pm by phone and she comes to the door and lets you in.

It all started with the smile and immediate greeting from the front desk agent Brianna. Upon entering the property it just felt like home. My room was very comfortable and cozy for which I slept like a newborn.
