Poor experience

Unpleasant stay. When I arrived the key didn’t work twice and the door had to be rekeyed. The refrigerator didn’t work and no one came to fix it. Loud at night near the elevator. When I asked to move rooms they stated they didn’t have any clean rooms. If this would have been a good stay I would have stayed longer but I couldn’t do it

Staff took my winter jacket and won't give it back, pool closed even though it stated it was open, staff refused to clean filthy floors, staff refused to clean rooms even though my Pomeranian was in her tiny kennel because she said she was scared. Obvious dealers in hotel and the police were called many times. Do not recommend. Not safe not clean false advertisement

Not coming back

We arrived to check in and was told unfortunately we only have a king bed room available. I asked why our 2 queen bed reservation was given away and she said, very rudely, it wasn’t given away, you didn’t pick a room. I told her I reserved a 2 queen bed room, she said yeah but we don’t have anymore. She called her manager and told us we could pay $70 more for 2 king bed rooms side by side. I wasn’t paying anymore than I already paid. Terrible service. Extremely rude.
