Book Batatuba hotels

This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the premises. The place is very clean and well maintained. Deserts are delicious. You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast. There are several warm pools options: outdoor pools, children pools, pool with and a heated inside pool and sauna.

The breakfast variety was excellent.

There was no iron or hair dryer in the hotel room. Breakfast was good and friendly staff. Room comfort was OK.

Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck.

Gostamos de tudo no hotel, exceto a experiência no restaurante Vezzoso…. Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo…. Tudo bem que era grana padano, mas apenas 1 eu achei péssimo….. Da última vez que fomos tinha macarrão “ao vivo”, uma infinidade de queijos, e fomos atendidos por uma pessoa que nos apresentou todas as opções e fez questão que provássemos tudo, foi excelente. Dessa vez tínhamos reservado a sexta e o sábado, mas depois da experiência da sexta, cancelamos e não pretendemos voltar mais no restaurante. Foi triste e decepcionante.
