External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost.

This is an airport transfer hotel. Easy to get to shuttle. Food was great. Rooms... Well its a layover hotel. Convenient hourly shuttle to airport

Being a fourth-time returning guest usually earns you a bit of "VIP" treatment, or at the very least, some basic recognition. To be met with a wall of "no" regarding timing and a management team that seems to be playing hide-and-seek is a major service failure. They have zero flexibility with early check in and late check out.

O hotel é muito bom, mas errraram na reserva, dessa vez o espaço da cama com a mesa de computador era pequena e batíamos as pernas. E algo muito importante os manobristas mexeram em toda a configuração do carro
