The hotel is exactly what it says it is. It's a 2 star hotel in the heart of Barcelona. No streaming services available on TV. Decent bed and bathroom but pillows quite thin. No on site food/room service. What you don't get in amenities you make up for with location. For the price we really can't complain. Very easy to walk to many places and restaurants. Staff very friendly.

My husband & I stood here for two nights & our check in process was interfered by the power outage in Spain. The staff was doing their best to accommodate our check in smoothly. Luckily we were able to check into our room and settle in before the hotel was affected by the power outage. I enjoyed how everything was all within 5-10 min. away from shopping stores and restaurants. I wish their lighting was brighter & had more lights where needed but we were able to manage for the two night stay. I recommend the balcony room as it’s nice to walk out & feel the fresh air in the morning or evening.

Staff was very courteous & helpful. We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. They helped us buy hop on & off bus plus called a taxi for our trip to the airport. The room was clean. Loved the grab bars in the shower & near the toilet. Would stay there again. Location was convenient.

Fantastic hotel, unfortunately, I have to dock 2 stars as the walls are paper thin and the floors made of tile - resulting in sound that carries easily throughout the hotel. Not so much a bother during the day but late at night, if you're room-neighbors or floor mates are loud, or merely coughing and snoring, you'll hear them.

Almost perfect!

Hotel Constanza is a really nice hotel to stay in city centre. Staff at the desk really friendly and always at least one member during any time of day and will always greet you coming or going. My room lived exactly to my expectations and was cleaned every morning. Only issues was that the WiFi was not good, constantly cutting out which is a problem when you’re on your own trying to plan where to go etc. also the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working so I had to sleep with the balcony door open, luckily when I stayed the weather was fairly cool so I was able to still sleep comfortably. Overall really pleasant time and would be happy to stay again.
