Almost perfect!

Hotel Constanza is a really nice hotel to stay in city centre. Staff at the desk really friendly and always at least one member during any time of day and will always greet you coming or going. My room lived exactly to my expectations and was cleaned every morning. Only issues was that the WiFi was not good, constantly cutting out which is a problem when you’re on your own trying to plan where to go etc. also the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working so I had to sleep with the balcony door open, luckily when I stayed the weather was fairly cool so I was able to still sleep comfortably. Overall really pleasant time and would be happy to stay again.

Excellent location - very central and within walink distance of Plaça Catalunia, metro stations, bus stops, restaurants, bars and shopping. Room was good, although a couple of points that need attention. 1. Whilst the room and bathroom appeared spotlessly clean, the cleaners had missed three large bags of half eaten crisps that were in the desk drawers. 2. The mattress on the bed was past its best. Whilst not massively uncomfortable, the sides of the mattress where ypu naturally sleep were much less firm than the centre of the mattress.

Excellent well located, high quality hotel

What a lovely find! The only reason this hotel is not a 4 star is the lack of amenities such as air con/tea making facilities. The hotel itself is similar quality to a 4 star so don’t let the ratings put you off. Excellent service, clean & comfortable accommodation which is very well located.

Perfectly located modern hotel minutes from centre

Friendly staff who gave great local restaurant recommendations; very clean throughout the hotel; lovely breakfast served by great staff in a café next door with a full brunch menu after 9am. Room was quite small but I guess that doesn't really matter when you're in Barcelona. Perfectly located in a nice quiet spot. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

this hotel is in the city center but needs some walking to the main tourist area. but it is located bwteen the Familia and the sqaure. the room is very nice and quiet at night. i highly recommend it!

The hotel was in a very convenient area with proximity to many desirable areas. There was construction taking place within the property and I had to complain (which I never do) about the constant noise directly next to my room. As a result, I had to change rooms 3 times. The staff was very accommodating, but it definitely had a negative impact on the quality of my experience. There were 2 nights when the workers were continuing to make a great deal of noise and using power tools; one of those nights it was until 9:30pm. Not acceptable in an hotel! Aside from that issue, I had a pleasant stay there, and the hotel staff was apologetic. I do not think I’ll be returning there in my next trip to Barcelona in April😞

Family suite in Barcelona

Family suite not enough for a family of four. Bathroom shower gel and hand soap were had weird nasty smell looks like they used cheap product. Location is convenient. Service was good. Hotel is overall clean.
