The staff was friendly and helpful Airport shuttle was a bonus

The hotel is centrally located and is walking distance to local cafe's and other shops. My stay was only one night, so I did not get a chance to use all of the facilities available on site, but the hotel has all of the necessary comforts and a modern and stylish appeal.

Very quiet, easy to get to shopping areas

This is a nice property, convenient to walking and restaurants. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly.

Loved our stay. Hotel was nice, comfortable, and quiet with a good view and bar. However, it is the staff and service which made it exceptional. Oliver was the nicest guy ever, and helped us find our way and some fantastic recommendations. Plus we got a surprise for my other half's birthday. Can't recommend them.enough

I had a great experience at INNSiDE Barcelona Apolo. The hotel itself was beautiful — the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was truly outstanding; every staff member I encountered was kind, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was lovely, and overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. That said, I want to share one small observation. I’m someone who likes to go for early morning walks or grab coffee nearby, and I did feel a little uncomfortable in the few blocks directly surrounding the hotel. It wasn’t unsafe, but it didn’t feel quite as welcoming as I expected, especially compared to the rest of Barcelona. However, once I walked about 10–15 minutes, I reached the lively, central area of La Rambla and felt completely at ease. Despite that, I can’t say enough good things about the hotel itself. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and I’m glad I chose it.
